About Kim
Kim Fleming is a licensed permanent cosmetics artist based in Lakewood, Washington, with over a decade of experience in cosmetic tattooing and lash enhancement. Her approach centers on one principle: every client's face is a unique canvas, and the results should look like the best version of them — never like someone else's brows.
After years of studying pigment theory, facial anatomy, and evolving techniques in microblading and powder brows, Kim built her practice on word-of-mouth referrals and a commitment to continuing education. She uses only premium, hypoallergenic pigments and single-use sterile tools — because safe artistry is non-negotiable.
